What Youll Do:
On the York Team, a Commercial P&C Client Executive is a thorough and resourceful problem solver, a self-starter with an attention to detail and strong commitment to meet deadlines.
The role requires you to possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build friendly and attentive client relationships and precise and persuasive relationships with underwriters.
Our team-based environment is fast-paced and requires collaboration and a supportive approach.
As a specialist you will be accountable for client service and your time is spent in a combination of autonomous tasks and projects as well as daily interactions with Associates, Producers, and senior management.
You must be flexible and adept at maneuvering in a varied and sometimes challenging environment.
Job Duties:
The marketing and technical insurance placement for all assigned clients including being the final sign-off on policy appropriateness and accuracy working along with the Producer and Technical Assistant EPIC is our agency management system and will be your primary tool Client contact for day-to-day issues, application prep, exposure review and analysis, coverage assessment and contract reviews Working relationship with claims to coordinate and review claims and analyze trends Follow department quality and work product guidelines Daily coordination of the work assignments within the support team Liaison with Accounting and the Client on invoicing and payment issues You Should Have:

Strong understanding of all P&C lines of coverage NYC Real Estate experience is preferred but not required; knowledge and experience working with NYC Multifamily, Co-op and Condo Real Estate is preferred but not required Personal relationships with many senior underwriters and wholesalers in the territory and around the country Thorough understanding and use of the EPIC agency management system Knowledge of Microsoft Word and responsibility for preparing proposals Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to utilize spreadsheets for client and underwriter analysis Commitment to keeping current of news and changes relating to the Real Estate and Insurance markets and constant pursuit of professional education #LI-JS1Compensation &

While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety factors, including the candidates geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
