Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Assist with administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide general information to clients, visitors and staff members Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
