Support Shopper & Channel Insights agenda for Large Format (Grocery, Club, Wal-Mart, Target) - driving a shopper-driven growth agenda for our portfolio of brands.
Identify and prioritize the priority shopper, channel and NAB problems to solve in the Channel.
Develop Shopper Insights for Discovery, Big Bet, and Growth Summits for Large Format. Calibrate through Customer Teams and Growth Summits.
Development of Shopper analysis templates to facilitate shopper understanding effectively and efficiently.
Leverage the Shopper and Consumer Segmentations to frame up Solution areas for Channel & Customer problems to solve.
Develop the Beverage Story for Grocery Channel and support delivery to key Customers.
Move the shopper upstream in our Grocery Channel and customer planning; Strategy & Innovation.
Partner with Multi-Cultural Brand and Insights team to develop Shopper Insights for this Key Cohort.
Build shopper insights capability across team & organization.
Qualifications:
2
years of Insights, Strategy or CATMAN experience required. Shopper Insights experience preferred.
CPG experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree, MBA Preferred
Project Management experience required
Experience pulling and analyzing POS and household panel data
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
Strong analytics with ability to connect multiple data points into coherent insights
Consumer & shopper empathy and passion
Some experience with Retail preferred
Strong collaboration & influence skills
Compelling story telling
Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible
Creative, curious, passionate, energetic
Must be willing and able to travel 20% of the time
