The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Manager will implement, manage, and monitor global Talent Acquisition outsourcing vendor(s) (systems and processes). The incumbent will direct and guide the strategic components and initiatives of the RPO process to ensure that they yield the highest quality talent. Partnership with local in-country HR leaders will be critical. They will work with vendor(s) globally in support of initiatives in North America, Europe, AMEA, and Latin America. They must ensure that global vendors are meeting requirements and ensure the SLAs / KPIs are being met. They will resolve issues and ensure improvement of the overall processes while being the key point of contact for global RPO vendors including escalations.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Implement/manage service delivery of Global RPO vendors and related process which includes ensuring metrics such as KPIs and SLAs are appropriate and upheld while ensuring compliance with local hiring practices/laws
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure vendor integration with core HR systems and New Hires are fed seamlessly into our platforms
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Lead projects to ensure continuous improvement and expansion of the RPO model
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Implement a Support Model for in-country resources to escalate issues and monitor usage including developing/maintaining a tracking/performance metric system for RPO vendor(s)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure compliance with local hiring practices/laws
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Handle escalations from all PepsiCo divisions globally and with within HR Operations team to ensure integration with other global systems and tools
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Help to define and recommend a strategy for tool usage and integration that is in line with PepsiCo Talent Acquisition philosophy and goals
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage day to day relationship with Vendor teams supporting this process - provide feedback to vendor on performance of team members, communicate issues back to functional owners as needed
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work closely with the data team to support the migration of source HR data from various HR systems to one SAP Cloud platform ensuring no loss in functionality
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Attend HR Functional meetings where necessary to gain an understanding of TA strategy
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Be the subject matter expert for the change team to ensure appropriate training is developed for the users across PepsiCo
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Review all product releases, enhancements and changes to understand how PepsiCo may leverage and ensure that we remain on the forefront of technology and tool functionality
The Global HR Operations team has responsibility for managing HR service delivery through various partners. The RPO Delivery Manager should have Global experience in the HR function and be well versed complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition and/or related systems.
PepsiCo is targeting the RPO pilot of several countries by the end of 2014 with further expansion in 2015 and beyond. There are multiple HRMS and payroll systems currently in place and PepsiCo is undertaking a major implementation of moving to a harmonized HRMS system using the SAP/Success Factors Cloud HR (Employee Central) product.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ College degree required - MBA a plus, but not required.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ 7 to 10 years professional work experience in a large multi-national organization - HR experience is a must as is vendor management and strong technical acumen. Talent Acquisition experience is also highly preferred.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to educate and influence HR Leaders and Business Leader while maintaining effect relationships
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must be highly organized, strong follow up skills and results oriented
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to act as go-between for technical development group and strategic functional owners
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to provide strategic input as part of global governance team
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Should have systems integration experience with a major HRMS as well as exposure to a Global Talent Acquisition
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Interact and communicate effectively throughout the organization
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to quickly identify, analyze and evaluate problems and recommend potential solutions.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work as well as anticipate issues.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong project management skills as well as experience developing new processes and/or enhancing existing ones.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Travel requirement 10-15% with possible international travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
