If your answer is yes, we are looking for you!Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do: As part of the ALM/Hedging group you will integrate asset, derivative, and liability models to provide valuation, forecasts, and strategy projections for business lines. You will automate existing processes and introduce new models to improve forecasts and increase the quality of results. You will support the continuous improvement culture.
What You Will Learn: You will get to be part of a team which owns business process improvement methodology and initiatives focused on consistently improving the quality, productivity and efficiency while increasing customer satisfaction. You will support the effectiveness of business processes within Transamerica through a structured and collaborative approach, and get to communicate the successes of the program.
What Success Looks Like:
Collaborate with the business units and leadership to define, analyze and evaluate processes and identify efficiencies through cost effective measures.
Lead and plan productivity improvement initiatives.
Schedule and execute implementation plans and follow up on delivery of benefits.
Support the continuous improvement of processes and practices contributing to the organizations knowledge base.
Review processes to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous process improvement based on established standards (or by benchmarking standards), as well as preparing and presenting metric reports to management as required.
Develop relationships with department management, staff and senior leadership.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and consult on various projects to ensure timely exchange of information takes place.
What You Need:
Graduate degree in business administration, computer science, data analytics, or similar field.
Ten years of experience in process engineering, accounting, financial technology or quality control, or Bachelor's degree in similar field and 15 years of relevant experience
Experience with Charles River Investment System
Staff management experience
Deep background in process engineering, Six Sigma, LEAN or other quality control/process improvement training and experience
Extensive experience with accounting, investment and actuarial processes and systems
May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
