Job Description SummaryThe IT Coordinator will handle many day-to-day management and administration activities to allow the Finance IT Channel Lead to focus on alignment with Finance Leadership and Strategic Priorities.Job Description
Responsibilities
Planning
Will lead the development and maintenance of business plans and budgets for the Finance IT Channel.
Will lead the planning and execution of Extended Leadership and All-Hands Meetings.
Communication
Will manage the central coordination of communications in the Finance IT Channel; ensuring the timely flow of information.
Works with the Finance IT Channel Lead to build materials for presentation to SLT and ELT members.
Is responsible for setting Staff Meeting agendas and reviewing action items decided upon at each meeting. He/she prepares a written summary, checks with each attendee to get sign-off on agreed-upon dates of completion and confirms the party responsible for following up on each action item.
Between Staff Meetings, stays connected with peers, collecting data, alerting the Finance IT Channel Lead to progress or problems in carrying out the initiatives agreed upon.
Creates and operates a reporting system that allows for a timely flow of necessary data into the Finance IT Channel Lead from all peers.
Work with peers and Finance IT Channel Lead to create Operational Metrics, KPIs, and a Dashboard.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing).
Minimum of 5 or more years of experience supporting a technology group.
Work on both short term, ad hoc requests as well as longer term analyses and projects.
Role varies by initiative and may be project management related or acting as a business analyst/execution resource to management.
Preferred Qualifications
Work closely and in partnership with internal business partners (HR, Compliance, Finance, and TMO) as needed on a variety of initiatives.
Will contribute to the long-term success of the company, Finance, and IT.
Strong MS Office skills with a focus on PowerPoint presentations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
